You pay quite the penny for staying at the Fairmont but upon stepping into their grounds, staff are on point and provide a high calibre of customer service. Upon entering the lobby, you immediately get the feeling of luxury. The upholstery, decor, lighting and scents are just right. They certainly keep on top of their maintenance. The pool facilities are excellent. Gave me sensation it was cleaned well and really appreciate that it was a semi warm pool,given we visited in February (winter). Fresh clean towels provided along with some ice cold water for refreshment.
