This stunning 3-bedroom home in Wawona, CA, is an idyllic hideout for families and groups alike. Located in a picturesque setting just off the banks of the South Fork Merced River, the home is surrounded by majestic pines that extend as far as the eye can see. Located within Yosemite National Park, this modern cabin seamlessly blends into its surroundings for a stay that is beautiful, luxurious, and conveniently located near the hikes, waterfalls, and groves that guests will want to explore in the park. You will not need to worry about a vehicle reservation when staying in Yosemite Insiders! Your booking is your way in the gates!!!

Inside, the gorgeous living room provides a space for guests to relax while staying connected to nature. Large windows provide unimpeded views of the surrounding forest, while the stone fireplace creates a cozy ambience around the plush couches. The open concept design flows right into the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and counter space for convenient cooking at home. Dine outside at the large wooden table where you can savor the views along with your meal, or share dinner at the indoor dining table set for 6.

This home sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the loft.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a queen size bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom.

Beautiful week, beautiful home
My family and I (including my parents who don’t do stairs and my 6 yo son) loved the home. Great view, great and expansive back deck, grill, comfy beds, and great location within a short walk to the Merced River and a great swimming hole. Would definitely come back

House with a green hot tub
We stayed at this house over president's day weekend. One of the main reasons for choosing this house was the hot tub even though it was significantly higher in price than others we looked at. With the wonky weather we have been having in California lately, at least the hot tub would be something to do if the weather wasn't great. The first day the hot tub was great. The next day the hot tub began to look a little murky. By the third day it was pretty green and the foam from the bubbles had hair and other debris floating in it. I contacted the number given and they said they would reach out and check it out. We came home that day and it was still green. I reached out again, they said no one responded and sorry. I reached out again and they just said sorry, so we were unable to use it the last days of our trip. I know hot tubs can be finicky! But this house was expensive and not having it working was a bummer. The house was clean and well stocked on towels. There was a seasoning spinner, but if you need anything else it must be brought in. There is no Pam spray or anything like that. There were two small bags of trash right outside the back door and someones clothes over the balcony. It is a quick drive from the house to Mariposa grove and not that far to the valley. Location is great to see all that Yosemite has to offer.

Worst Property Manager
We were provided the wrong key code to enter the property. For nearly four hours we were locked out. Not until 10 PM were we provided with the correct entry code. The property manager, Grand Welcome, would not answer our calls. Left several messages, all went unanswered. It was Vrbo who was able to contact Grand Welcome and provide the correct key code. Tired after a 7 hour drive, the property did not seem very welcoming! The property had two and one half baths, not the 3 baths advertised. Stains in the refrigerator and dust covered vents, were not what one expects of a five star property. In spite the initial frustration we had a great time at Yosemite. It is an amazing park.

This is a beautiful, practically brand new house in a great neighborhood in Wawona. Lovely living areas, lots of deck space, very comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms. You can hear the Merced River running from the deck. Perfectly appointed. Ample linens and supplies, all very clean. Only a few complaints: this house has an ant problem. This affected our stay because we had to spend a fair amount of time dealing with ants (like when they found their way into my purse) and we had to throw out some food. The master bedroom downstairs is also sparsely furnished: there is only a bed and one night stand. A couple more wall tables throughout the place would be a nice addition in general. And this is minor, but the toilet in the master bathroom ran excessively unless you opened the back to place the stopper properly. Overall we loved the place, and with an ant-free guarantee we’ll be back.

Great Cabin for Weekend Trip
My family of 5 (all adults) stayed here for 3 nights. We were very happy with our experience. The cabin was very nice, clean, and modern. The beds were comfortable, the appliances were very new, and just about every amenity was available. The drive to the park took about 40 minutes. Our favorite part of the cabin had to be the fireplace. With 5 adults and no children, we were quite comfortable. In our opinion, 6 adults and a couple children are about the most you’d want to fit in the cabin for a night. I would 100% stay here again if visiting Yosemite in the future.

Perfect for a family
We enjoyed our stay enormously--some of us using the house as a comfortable base for grueling but glorious hikes in the Valley or Tuolemne while others accompanied the 17-month-old member of our party to the swimming hole just up the road in Wawona. Most days the air conditioning was redundant as the well-designed house retained the nightime coolness, but it was great to have when our visit coincided with a record-setting heatwave.

Great place overall
We had a great time here. The home was clean and accommodating. It was a little smaller thank what the pictures showed and some of the kitchen appliances were different than described (no Nespresso machine) but nothing that deterred from our stay. Just a note that it is about 45 minutes from the main Yosemite attractions. Would recommend this place!

Good place inside the NP
A very nicely kept cabin within the Yosemite park! It was very comfortable for 6 friends (4 couldn’t make it) and I feel like having all 10 people would’ve made the cabin feel a bit too crowded. I would suggest 7-9 people if you would like more space. Overall had all the amenities we needed, furnished nicely, and we really enjoyed the back patio with grill and large table. Julieta was really responsive as well, which is a plus.

Loved the property. But we thought the whole house would be ours. Someone was living in the garage and talking nonstop till after 11. We all had trouble falling asleep as we r east coast jet lagged. Her voice carried through the house. Otherwise nice property

The owner is a very gracious host! She catered to our needs very well and was very responsive . The location of this property is excellent, one of the biggest advantages of booking this place. The kitchen was well equipped. We would recommend this place for a weekend getaway to Yosemite!
