"The hotel is very nice, clean, the staff are very nice and polite, they have busses running every hour to the airport and also to Narita station and Aeon Mall. If you are new to Japan the location is very helpful since wherever you go in Tokyo just take the busses to Narita airport which there are plenty of in major areas then take the free shuttle back to the hotel. The train station and bus stations are also located at the airport so it's your main point of travel to and around major areas in Tokyo.I dont have a single complaint really. I loved my stay here and would gladly come back again."

"Very friend staff! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. The location was very convenient -- right across the street from Bayside Station. We tried the takeout dinners from the Terrace Cafe (available after 18:00) and they were very tasty and convenient. We also made good use of the convenience store located next to the lobby. I would definitely stay at Hotel Okura again the next time we visit Tokyo Disney!"

"Very close to the Disney monorail as it was right beside of Disney's properties. The staff were amazing from arrival and knew flawless English. Our room was ready early, so we were able to have our bags delivered straight there from the airport motorcoach. The bar was excellent with food and drinks in line with USA pricing. The Lawson was an amazing option for late night snacking when returning from the parks. The room itself was large with a great view of the parks and fireworks. We also stayed a night at the Disneyland Hotel and wish we had saved the extra money and stayed here for the night. Amazing property with amazing facilities, staff, food, and cleanliness. Will be returning here even when not visiting the parks."
