"Excellent hotel in the heart of the old town We had a fantastic stay at Almayer Art & Heritage Adults only Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed—set within a thoughtfully restored historic building. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern, with an incredible shower. The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of Zadar’s charming old town, with everything within walking distance. Highly recommended!"

"Unbelievable location and range of activities and shopping options in one place Best option for families with kids Food choices unlimited and very good Accommodations and average, light bulbs were off Front desk staff overwhelmed and gives minimal information at the check in. They should talk about all the options at the property. It took us a week to figure things out. It would make a huge difference if check in staff would explain different options at the resort."

"Really a wonderful suite, handy to have a kitchenette down the hall for coffee and refrigerator use. Easy check in and great walkable area in old Towne. Parking a bit tricky, but put faith in paying the meter for proper zone and all is good-"

"This was a great hotel room for anyone needing accessibility as it was a large family room. We used the pool and jacuzzi facilities as well. Very clean room but slightly outdated. "

"We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel and thought it was excellent! We loved the atmosphere especially with our two children aged 3 and 8. The food was excellent and the facilities all well organised and very clean. The star of the holiday was the kids club - our children have never been to a children’s club while on holiday before but this time we could hardly get them out of it - amazing staff, very safe and well run with a full itinerary of varied and exciting activities for them to get up to as well as multiple academies! This was our first trip to a falkensteiner resort but we would definitely be keen to go again after this brilliant experience - thank you very much!"
