"Wir sind an einem Tag angekommen, als es 32 Grad Aussentemperatur hatte. Da der Bungalow mit der Fensterfront genau zur Nachmittag/Abendsonne gedreht ist, war der Bungalow bis nach 23 Uhr auf 42 Grad aufgeheizt! Der Ventilator hat nichts gebracht; eine AirCon gibt es nicht. Schlafen war in dieser Nacht nicht möglich. Nicht auszudenken, wenn wir 11 Tage ein solches Wetter gehabt hätten. Hatten wir aber nicht. "Nice size although the layout could have been better. The kitchen was a bit crowded with three doors opening into it. We found the dish soap and towel finally on the table but would have been better placed by the sink. Parking was interesting as we did not know which spot was ours. The reception was very good and helpful. All in all a very nice place and perfect for what we needed."

"Beautiful property with wonderful HostsErwin and Kim. The cottage was perfect with scenic views of wildlife and the countryside. We rented one of the electric boats for a day of canal exploring and a ride to town. Road the E-bikes around the countryside and to town. ALL their restaurant recommendations were excellent. Definitely would recommend this property for a quiet weekend or for families with children."

"Very well appointed, comfortable and clean house in Uithoorn, easily accommodating a family of five. The area is family friendly with a play park opposite the house. The tram station is less than a 10 minute walk away which will take you into Amsterdam South. The supermarkets are a 5 minute walk away. The host generously provides bikes which we took on a 28km bike ride to Amsterdam Bos and back. Cora the host was very responsive and friendly. We can highly recommend this property. "

Linens are provided, but the listing didnt say it was addl 11E per person, fireplace is free, but wood wasnt, washer is listed, but it wasnt in the unit and there was a charge. Just didnt feel the listing was truthful and honest. Also, the heat did not work in 1 bedroom, Jacob said turn off the rest if the registers. Which meant 1 bedroom was warm and the rest of the house was cold. Also, oven didnt work. He had it fixed after...

"Wir waren zu zweit mit unseren beiden Hunden im Haus. Die Lage ist ruhig, zu Fuß erreicht man in ca. 5 Minuten die Einkaufsstraße und in 10 Minuten den Strand. Das Bad ist sehr klein und die Treppe, wie oft in Holland, sehr steil. Für uns war aber alles in Ordnung. Gerne wieder!"

"Such a beautiful apartment fully stocked with all of the essentials. We were warmly welcomed, despite our late arrival. The hostess was sooooo kind and friendly!! The apartment is centrally located, close to restaurants, shopping and of course, the beach!, yet was very quiet at night time. The beds were very comfortable.
