"Hotel was good, room great size and great location. Unfortunately our room was directly above the main entrance, and as there was a party on, the main smoking area was directly under our window- was extremely noisy until past one in the morning. We also had a blue light shining up on the outside the entrance directly into our room, aircon did not work so room was very hot "

"Very short stay for business… got too the hotel in the evening so was not able to enjoy the views! Eat at the restaurant which was really nice..! Room was right next to pub entrance but still relatively quiet but regardless as the price was really great value "

"The owners and staff were amazing and did everything they could to make ones stay perfect. The food was delicious and well presented, plus special diets were all covered. All jolly friendly and attentive. Love the quirky decorations. It was so good there that I am thinking of booking my whole family in next year for our annual get-together. Only one other comment - your cleaner needs to be more thorough. I was in the single room (16?) and some areas were extremely dusty, like the top of the wall light for instance. I left a full feed-back sheet in the room and I hope the cleaner handed it in and didn't tear it up because of what she might have read! Maybe it willl give her a nudge in the right direction! A big thank you to Telstar - i have already recommended you to friends who visit Exeter every year."

"We come to Exeter 2/3 times a year. We always stay at the White Hart The staff are always helpful and the rooms are always clean and tidy. Anything we need has always been taken care of. It's so close to the centre of Exeter. We shall be back early next year."
