"Located very close to the Central Train Station, this hotel was an oasis in a busy area of the city. The staff, the hotel and restaurant were all perfect. The room was attractive and very quiet even though the area around the hotel is not very pretty. I would stay there again, in a heartbeat. "

"Good: Safe area. Friendly staff. Tram runs right outside. Good bars and restaurants within walking distance. Bad: bar not open at hotel. Basement room a bit dark; if i were to book again, i would get a room on the upper floors."

"10/10 visit. Clean, comfortable room with a beautiful channel view; exceptional breakfast with tons of options; kind, helpful staff. Bar on first floor served great food and the best mulled wine that I have tasted so far in Europe. Shower had both a “rain” shower head from ceiling and a hand-held option. Great visit that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. "

"Amazing hotel, amazing staff and within walking distance to the centre. Only disappointment was that the duvets on the bed are super thin and I was freezing at night as it was winter and about 2 degrees. There were no spare blankets in the room. Other than that I would definitely stay again but I’ll ask for additional blankets "
