"Great hot spring facility, temperature is just like bath tub warm. Not too hot which is good. Great slides for kid. But need to either bring your own swim hat or buy from them (about $5 USD for adult, $3.5 for kids swim hat). It has free spin dry machine for wet clothes. Great changing and shower room at the spa area. We love they have great game room for all ages for free. They have a study room which has computer to use as well. The great thing about this hotel is they have free afternoon tea...

"Everything exceeds my expectations except 2 things. If you have a noisy neighbour, you will hear them. And you will need to ask the hotel for the most convenient directions to reach the hotel. Otherwise, you will go thru a lot of uphill stairs and swamp of tourists if you have bigger luggages."

"I love sunny room , it’s convenient for taking bus 1062 . However the room is run down and stair case is challenge for people who don’t like to walk much . I left my earphone in the room and they returned to me after 3 days after Taichung trip .
