"This hotel was a new option for me this visit and I liked it. The location had quick access to downtown Hsinchu by walking 20 mins. The local train station was walking distance. As we were visiting company's south of the river this was an ideal spot as the traffic in the city is very busy. This hotel also had free self serve laundry which was a huge help on a long trip."

"Staff are extremely professional and courteous. I recommend this hotel to everyone. However, it is a little further away from the airport, but is not too far from the Chungli train station. The taxi fare is about NTD 100. The hotel is also next to the Metro to the airport, so if you are not traveling with a lot of luggage, this hotel is definitely your choice. P.s their complimentary breakfast is very delicious and full of varieties. "

"Excellent hotel great value. Love the breakfast. Close to all the restaurants and attractions in downtown Hsinchu. Few blocks away from Big City with its food court. Also just few blocks away from the markets, etc. You can ask the hotel staff to schedule taxis for you so you're not waiting for ubers in the morning, as it could get busy and a long wait.
