Great hotel

Somehow dated, but well maintained hotel with washers and dryers!

The staff were very courteous and polite and they helped me when I had questions or concerns. I was well pleased with their service and kindness. To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals! I would recommend staying here to anyone and will come back again if I come back to Taiwan. Thank you staff members for your hospitality and kindness. Sincerely, Robbie

The free shuttle only refers to the times given on website - from hotel to airport in the morning and from airport to hotel in the evening. There is very little in the area of the hotel- just a family mart across the road- but convenient location to the airport if you have a long transit. Staff were very polite and helpful! Rooms were big, clean and beds were excellent!

Thank you to the wonderful staff. I inadvertently left some items upon checkout and they were great at letting me know and kept the items for 2 weeks before I was able to retrieve it.

Relative new. Comfortable bed, and spread. Excellent breakfast, and location.
