"Kudos to the proprietor, Mr. Fernando was very kind and accommodating to every query. Breakfast set of fruits, sandwich/bread, etc. was so delicious.The place is safe, have a privacy and peaceful, away from noise since it is located in a relatively remote. The room is tidy and bed was comfortable to sleep on as well. Perfect place to enjoy the scenic mountain view while driving along the road &/ during the trip."

"The rooms were clean and spacious and the kids loved the tub! The addition of a filtering dispenser was a nice touch of convenience for all of us. "Excellent hotel great value. Love the breakfast. Close to all the restaurants and attractions in downtown Hsinchu. Few blocks away from Big City with its food court. Also just few blocks away from the markets, etc. You can ask the hotel staff to schedule taxis for you so you're not waiting for ubers in the morning, as it could get busy and a long wait. I see a lot of business professionals staying at this hotel so it's geared towards business travel which is great. There's an italian restaurant...
