"Beautiful "

"The hotel is older and very crowded, a lot of tour groups stay here. The train can be heard at all hours, it is not a quiet place to stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, however it is noisy."

"Great location, great breakfast. Superb people, with the exception of one grumpy old waiter in the restaurant for dinner on a Friday nite!"

"We enjoyed our stay, but found that the pool and gym are not accessible to children. Which was a shame as my daughter and I love to swim. The manager did pay for us to go to an alternative swimming pool, but this was a 15 minute commute to and was not what we had expected and less convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The heating was set very high in our room which took me a while to realise. So we steamed the first night. "

"The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. She gave me a map and gave me ideas of where to walk to if I wanted to explore. She gave me helpful information about how to get around and more things. Thankyou!"
