We stayed in the Freddy Mercury suites which are ideally located....everything you need is within walking distance. The room was clean and bright and had everything we needed. What made our stay enjoyable was the staff... friendly, helpful and always with a smile on their face. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, had something for everyone - you certainly didn't leave hungry. Would definitely recommend this property for your visit to Stone Town.

A Truly Memorable Stay – Warm, Welcoming, and So Worth It! My fiancé and I came from Canada and stayed two nights at Crystal Beach Resort Bellemare in December 2023 and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the warm welcome to the incredible service, everything was exceptional. The food was fresh and varied, the drinks were great, and the entire staff from reception, housekeeping and restaurant made us feel genuinely cared for. As Mauritians living abroad, we were deeply touched by how respectfully we were treated just like any international guest. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been our experience at every hotels we’ve been in Mauritius, but this hotel made us feel truly seen, welcomed, and appreciated. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the heated pool was the cherry on top. We felt completely relaxed and on vacation. I loved it so much that we gifted a stay to my parents a 2 nights all-inclusive stay. It was their first-ever hotel getaway and they were absolutely glowing with happiness the entire time! If you’re looking for a peaceful, genuine, and high-quality stay in Mauritius, whether you’re local or visiting from abroad, we can’t recommend this hotelenough. We’ve already started recommending it to our friends and colleagues in Canada who are thinking about visiting Mauritius! We were assigned a suite at the top a flight of stairs (of forty four steps) despite being almost eighty years old. There are no lifts! Otherwise excellent in all respects, especially the staff who were uniformly outstanding.

Hotel was amazing and the beach absolutely beautiful. Staff were attentive. Experience was fantastic overall and the food quality was super! Highly recommend.

Had a brilliant stay at this amazing resort. Excellent hospitality and staff were brilliant. We stayed there for 7 days and would have enjoyed staying longer as there were so many different activities and things at the resort . We were there to attend a wedding and it was amazing.

The accommodations were wonderful. Ocean view room. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Service was great. Food selection at buffet breakfast and dinner was extensive. Very good. Adult pool beautiful and quiet. Beach was not white sandy as we expected. Water shoes needed in ocean.
