Great location for visiting all the sights in Tirana. Rooms are a bit tight. Breakfast is delicious with many fresh options. Good value, too.

Loved the hotel, central for everything. Spa was lovely. Only negative, the cooked food at breakfast was only luke warm, by the time you sat down to eat, it was cold. Reported to staff, but nothing was done to improve . We only ate the other items at breakfast, bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel, could of been much better!!

Some overall issues with the power outlets (only one of them worked). Also, one night I got back to the hotel very late at night and my card would not unlock the door. Front desk staff came upstairs to let me in using their card, but that didn’t work either. The employee said that the battery must have run out, and I had to wake up the other guest in the room to let me in. It’s very inconvenient to be in this type of situation at 3am.

Except staff, good services

Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the service exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, quiet at night, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend — we will definitely come back!

The property was beautiful with brilliant staff , breakfast and was a close walking distance to places I visited with my partner. Unfortunately , there was a bad sewage smell that lingered when we wanted to open the windows or use the dan in the bathroom. Other than that, was an amazing stay!
