Was a ok place that's in the middle of down town LA. What I didn't like was the surprise $125 a night as a security deposit and travel fee. $100 should be refunded and the $25 would be credited to food from the onsite restaurant. A/C won't cool past 72 so that was a bummer.

Only thing i didn't like was there were no amenities in the room not even a coffee maker. The curtain to the bathroom was broken we could barely open it to walk through & a few of us got hit in the head /face from the handle of it coming in and out. We found some ones dirty undewear under the bed & the carpets didn't look vaccumed.

After attempting to stay at holiday inn I pulled the trigger on Trump Hotel. No slamming doors, vehicles handled by valet, smooth process. I definitely will do this again. I got upgraded. I stayed top floor.

Staff was wierd and not professional or nice. no fan in bathroom pool is shared by 3 other hotels, pools are 3 feet deep, um that is not a pool that is a wading pool for kids pool is HOT not cold at all staff is useless.
