"It is a lovely hotel in a good location central to all Perth highlights. The shared areas are very welcoming, and the breakfast is good, with a variety of juice, fresh fruit, pastries, barista coffee, and muesli. It is very eco-conscious. This hotel might not appeal to everyone for a few reasons: Rooms do not have a desk or fridge. The idea is to use the communal areas with comfy seating, tables and a communal fridge. "Complimentary evening wine or beer and cheese was wonderful. Continental breakfast was very nice. Free coffee all day was good. Rooms were miniscule. Not even a chair to sit in."

"The reception staff, although busy were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. Sadly the bathroom shower was a problem. Water runs out of the glassed area, all over the floor. The drain is not taking the water and there was mould."
