"Clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient.
Could do with more hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, and a brighter light at the mirror in the bathroom."

"Fraser Suites is well located with bus transport to the city and the airport. There is a supermarket in walking distance. Parks are nearby for walking. Our accommodation was a studio suite and was well appointed with cooking facilities a small dishwasher and spacious. We would have liked a couch rather than the one chair. The pillow menu information on the bed needs to be upgraded as the 4 pillows supplied were terrible. The carpet needs to be either cleaned or replaced as it was stained in many places. The daily cleaning was very good even if they did forget to replace coffee and toilet paper several times over the week we stayed. We had a view over the river which was wonderful. Beautiful in the morning to see the rowers on the river and at night to see the lights. The front desk staff were friendly and polite at all times we spoke with any of them. We would be very happy to stay here again in the the future as the location near transport and the parks is a bonus rather than the noise of inner CBD."

"A most convenient location close to city centre plus suitable dinning options in Hay Street towards the causway end of the city.
Friendly helpful staff plus option of dinning in as well, I just keep on coming back every time I visit the west."
