"Very close to Scarborough Beach and shopping facilities. The staff were very helpful, the only two things I can pick on. One, the microwave was broken however that issue was rectified immediately. The other, is the hot water in the shower doesn't get very hot, that seems to be a limitation of the 3 phase electric instantaneous hot water system in the property.
It was clean and comes with a mini kitchenette(which was a must for my family and I)."

"Like stepping back into the 70s. This property isn't brand new but its clean ans tidy. The nostalgia really added to the atmosphere. Great stay and good option for the area. Close walk to anywhere you want to be."
"Fraser Suites is well located with bus transport to the city and the airport. There is a supermarket in walking distance. Parks are nearby for walking. Our accommodation was a studio suite and was well appointed with cooking facilities a small dishwasher and spacious. We would have liked a couch rather than the one chair. The pillow menu information on the bed needs to be upgraded as the 4 pillows supplied were terrible. The carpet needs to be either cleaned or replaced as it was stained in many places. The daily cleaning was very good even if they did forget to replace coffee and toilet paper several times over the week we stayed. We had a view over the river which was wonderful. Beautiful in the morning to see the rowers on the river and at night to see the lights. The front desk staff were friendly and polite at all times we spoke with any of them. We would be very happy to stay here again in the the future as the location near transport and the parks is a bonus rather than the noise of inner CBD."
