"A lovely modern hotel with great staff who were very helpful. Right across the street from Casa Mila and a few metres from Metro and hopon hopoff bus stops. It's a busy area with lots of high end shopping and we really enjoyed that location. We had great meals and bought a few items in the supermarkets when we decided to have quiet meals on the balcony or sitting inside ( the balcony faced west and was pretty hot in the afternoon after all day out in the sun). Pretty much a perfect place to stay"

"The location of the hotel is excellent. It is next to Sunway, bus stop and a shopping mall. The design of the hotel is eco-friendly. There is no carpet in the room. "Nice small room with a beautiful large terrace. Shower and toilet a bit inconvenient as they are inside the room separated only by a thin glass door. The big problem is that we asked for an early taxi to be reserved as we had to take an early morning flight, we asked for a taxi at 5:30AM. The receptionist, a man from Peru, failed to register our request and the taxi was not there. We had to wait for another taxi to arrive. "

"Christal did a great job taking care of us when we arrived. The rooms are sound proof which was great. There was shampoo, body wash, shaver, toothbrush and other amenities. Weird part no lotion. The not so good part, no one or it takes a long time for someone to answer Frontdesk. Not worth for its price buts it’s a good location for shopping.
