"We had a fabulous time here in this beautifully restored surf cottage. Great location, David and Kim were great! Kitchen stocked with everything you may need, plenty of towels. "It is charming in a rustic way. It was smaller than we thought and the only heat in the living room and kitchen was a wood burning stove so we spent a lot of time and energy trying to stay warm. The first 2 days there was no live TV but a new spectrum box was brought in. Theresa, the property manager was very accommodating."

"Off the beaten track was the perfect place to stay while we explored Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. It's quiet and private, and not too far of a drive from restaurants and coffee shops. Wendy and David were excellent hosts. They helped us find the turnoff when we arrived after dark and were easy to contact via text or phone. Overall, this was a relaxing quiet retreat - exactly what we'd hoped for!"

The property is also located a little away from the busy part of Ali’i drive, which makes it great to relax at the end of the day after a day full of activities but is conveniently located near beaches and grocery/convenient stores.
