"This is my second time staying because it is such a wonderful hotel. The garden alone is worth the extra cost. The rooms are very good size and the staff is well trained. It gives you a feel of good old-time charm plus model conveniences. It is not in the middle of "everything" but the train station is only 5 minute walk away, so it was not too bad at all. Ginza and Shibuya are only a few stations out, so you can get to everywhere just fine. Also, the airport bus from Narita (not Haneda)...
