"Our stay was good. Amazing location, within walking distance to so much… Times Square, subway stations, broadway shows, hundreds of restaurants, and not too far to walk to Central Park. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and as expected, but it was cold. Heat didn’t work so they brought us a space heater. Made all the difference.
