"A Well located property in the heart of Chinatown. Close to MRT, although we used local taxis, which were organised by the friendly concierge, daily. On first arrival to your room (especially after a long haul flight) you might think where is the free bottled water, that you are used to in other hotels, this one has endless purified water from a drinking tap. "Great hotel - not near the city centre (but very handy for the airport) however it is so easy to get about in Singapore that is not an issue. The staff are great and breakfast is really good. Nice refreshing pool and a small but well equipped gym. Stayed here 3 times and cannot fault any of our stays. Local Katong streets give you a nice taste of the more traditional side of Singapore."

Though we didn’t say much, she was able to anticipate we were there for celebratory reasons and provided an exceptional arrival experience which is definitely 10/10 on all fronts. Our disappointment was in the breakfast service. The staff were generally nice but the food refill rate was extremely slow especially the popular ones. It was much better in our previous stay."
