"Loved the location as we were there for the P!nk concert at Soldier Field. Close to restaurants and the train. Parking was ridiculously overpriced but secure. Paid for a lake view room, but our room only had a sliver of a view and I would bot consider it a lake view. Bellhops were very helpful and nice. Desk staff not quite as nice but overall a great stay and would stay there again."

"The room and property was amazing! No complaints, Only issue we had was it was mexican independence day weekend and they were literally taking the city over.. took our uber almost a extra hour to get us back because of police lockdowns on the inner city. Communication on the transportation troubles would have been helpful. Besides that (not the hotels fault) 5/5 stars! The shower and bathroom was amazing"

"Honestly was so tired when I arrived to Chicago. I was thankful to be able to check in early so I could get some rest. I had a shared form. Everyone was quiet and respectful. Shower is fantastic. They have locks for lockers but I suggest you bring your own combination lock. They sell for $2 at WalMart. Breakfast options are delicious. The staff is amazing and if you want a safe place to drink they have a bar and open lounge area as well. Inexpensive for my two day stay and this will be the only...

"Loved this double tree because parking was included which is VERY Hard to find parking less then almost $80 a night. Front desk was very kind. I stayed at 3 different hotel chains for my whole stay and this double tree was by far my favorite which really made our trip so much better after all the hectic ness of the other hotels we stayed at."
