"Right inside of the door is a sign indicating that quiet hours start at 6AM. If that was noted when we book this place, I missed that info. This property adds a cleaning fee but it wasn’t that clean. Long hairs on the floor greeted us when we opened the door. Next was short hairs on the baseboards. Garbage in the kitchen can and grease on the stovetop. It was cold (the windows were open) but the thermostat wasn’t working so the owner came down to discover the batteries were dead. However, the owner lives upstairs, which can sometimes be noisy. They also need to provide clearer instructions on how to access the property, as it is located behind the main home. Overall, I would book this property again due to its price, tranquility, and spaciousness."

"We had a good stay and it was close to everything we needed. The place was as advertised. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms but the futon was not comfortable at all for 11 nights nor sitting to watch TV and we had to buy a blow up mattress instead as we were 3 adults who did not want to share the 2 double beds. There was bedding to accommodate the futon. Place had most of what was needed but dishcloths and drying cloths would have been nice for washing dishes. "

"Could not have been happier with the place and location. The house itself is beautiful and clean, has everything possible you’d need. Easy to get to, easy to park, close to everything at the beach. The owners were lovely to deal with, and I just can’t say enough good things about it. It was the perfect place for me to stay after not being to my hometown in many many years. Will be back. "

They've got a good start on these suites, but they are not finished yet. Also comma expired food left in the fridge and not the amenities to be expected in a vrbo.
