"I cannot praise the property, owners and location enough. From start to finish this was an effortless customer experience. We were advised that we could check in early as there was no one staying at the proper in the days before our stay. Upon arrival we were taken aback by the location, size and cleanliness of the property. It has absolutely everything that we needed keeping in mind we had 2 children under 7 months old. "Nice hotel. This is my first ch hotel when I stay in Aberdeen. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a good shower. Food in the bar is excellent so can be quite busy but they have enough staff to cope well. Excellent gym and pool to relax in after a hard day. "

"The reception staff were helpful, making our check-in process easy. The room was of a good standard, except the headboards showed some signs of damage/wear and tear, and clearly needed replacing. When we mentioned this to reception staff later, we were told that the hotel was in the process of replacing all of the headboards, and our room was due to be done soon. The buffet style breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety, catering for all tastes and dietary requirements. "
