"This would be our second visit to the station. This time we opted for a suite. The hotel itself is stunning , quiet , beautifully decorated, and relaxing. Our suite was spacious and well decorated. The highlight of the stay, apart from the amazing food, is the staff. The three team members that looked after us were kind, polite and attentive. Had a problem with the TV and the delightful duty manager tried her best to fix it before swapping it for another one, apologising for any inconvenience. "Great 4 star hotel at a very reasonable price.. Nice reasonably price restaurant and nice bar. Breakfast was superb and the tiny waitress from Thailand who was there was great, a wonderful personality. Only drawback was the lift was not working and they tried to put us on the 3td floor, my wife just cannot do that many stairs so I asked for a room on a lower floor which ended up behind an upgrade at no extra cost.
