It s very old. i didnt enjoy it at all, looks different than images no idea how this is 5 stars hotel The only good thing was the one who helped us check in, he gave us an upgrade but the room is not nice at all

Hotel was comfortable enough. Location was ok although right next to a local mosque so 5:30am wake up call but regionally to be expected. Laundry service was very annoying as clothes not delivered to room and had to call to get at 10pm and then staff turned up half later demanding payment rather than adding to my bill. I had already told them I needed to go to sleep.. so message to hotel is make the procedure clearer

Excellent 'Club' room on 17th floor. Effective AC that did not require adjustment. Very helpful staff. Heroes sports bar downstairs' in basement did reasonably priced food. Spaccanapoli Italian restaurant was really good food. but no alcohol. Rooftop pool but no real views from here. The best thing was the very helpful staff. Top marks!
