"the staff were lovely and welcoming! located right in front of a tram stop, and it's in the free tram zone. easy access to the CBD. only issue is that once one of the beds were moved, we noticed nothing had been vaccumed underneath it. you also can't take a lift from ground floor to your room floor, you must go up a flight of stairs and THEN take a lift. this wasn't a problem for me, but if someone is in a wheelchair and/or movement impaired, it becomes inaccessible. other than this, a pleasant...
