"Unfortunately we did not enjoy a beautiful harbor view, we were not he City view side, which is rather meh unless you like looking down on streetcars moving about. Staff was very hospitable and professional, big shout out to the Concierge who graduated from LSU- geaux Tigers. Only other disappointment was that because of cruise ship passengers coming and going en masse, staff seemed overwhelmed at times and the wait for the front desk was extensive at check in. "Beautifully presented hotel in rooms as well as public spaces. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location with fabulous views over Sydney harbour. The only problem was that the food labelling at the breakfast buffet was incorrect (e.g the pork sausages were marked as chicken one day). The selection was somewhat limited."
