"We hosted a retreat here with 10 ladies. We were all very comfortable with plenty of room to roam and gather. We had an issue with water pressure, but it was quickly repaired. Great communication with the host! Downside, it was a bit dusty with cobwebs in the less obvious places, but I’m sure that will be corrected. It was a bit hard to regulate the temp; cold downstairs and hot upstairs. Maybe a box fan would help? Overall a great place to stay. We hope to go back!"

"It was unanimous, all 12 of our family members would stay here again. The expansive property is walkable and has so many unique points of interest (the pond, chickens, fire pit, covered bridge to name a few) and several outdoor games and seating areas. The mix of separate cabins and main house was a bonus for our group so we could spread out. Well equipped kitchen and many thoughtful amenities were provided by the gracious host. "

"Thanksgiving/Christmas weekend vacation to celebrate the life of husband and father who went to heaven recently. Could not have found a more perfect place for our large family. Perfect for home cooking / excellent sleeping spaces / entertainment / hot tub time. Definitely a keeper place for returns!!!"

"We needed a place to relax and unwind while being in the area for a wedding. The kids were able to be kids and get plenty of cousin time. Stores are close and the are is beautiful. Kirk is awesome, ask questions and listen to him. He suggested Cathedral Caverns and he was definitely right. Kirk can also hook you up with the firewood. Wingtips and Tailfeathers for the price and location and course hospitality."

"Finding a place to accommodate 6 fiaherman and 3 trucka and bass boats can be difficult. This property is perfect for that. Great parking, private boat launch, andoutdoor electrical!"

"Moondance was perfect - cozy in a wonderful secluded setting. Several thoughtful touches, including scented goat milk soap and coffee beans to be freshly ground. Would have loved to spend time down at/in the river, but unfortunately, a busy schedule didn't allow for that this time. We definitely plan to return - next time for a longer weekend. "
