"Property is beautiful! House has plenty of room for large families! We had 12 on our stay . The only negative walk up and down to the dock is steep but you can cut through the steps and decks ! Landscaping blends with the elements! Would recommend to stay here ! "

"This was one of many stays at my favorite lake house! The Sadlers are excellent hosts. This time was a quick respite to wind down from Christmas festivities in Chattanooga before heading home. The serenity was just what I needed! See you again in March/April"

"Our family gathers each New Years at VRBO's and this was our first time at this property. Wow. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes, appliances and even some spices. We were genuinely surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked as we usually bring a lot of supplies which we didn't need. The house is well laid out with plenty of bedroom space and bathroom space. "We couldn't of had a GREATER place to stay for all of us. The house was amazing with everything you need with comfy beds and pillows. We used all bedrooms even the little cottage which was cozy and warm. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for five nights. We even used the the grill."
