The staff (i believe he was Ricardo)was incredibly helpful in helping us get to our ship the next day when our ship had changed ports. "We stayed here in March 2025, in one of the top-floor apartment rooms. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great (especially the coffee!) The hotel's location in Lido is quiet and relaxing, with considerably fewer people around.
