"Very average hotel with poor house keeping service. The rooms are nice but very small, the shower is next to the toilet to it’s inevitable to get the toilet seat and toilet paper wet. House keeping opened our door with knocking while we were changing so that was a big no from us. I would recommend this hotel if they improve their customer service. It’s good for budget stays"

"We liked the clean pool. The location was perfect. On the negative side the coffee is awfull for breakfast. There are not enough employees to manage the breakfast area."

"This is quite a new hotel. We had quite a large room with a water view. However, the building is not as soundproof as you would expect. First night quite loud music and could hear a baby crying. The finishing in the rooms was a bit lacking for a hotel claiming it is 5 star. Also,we didn’t like that there was about a 1 inch drop from the bathroom floor to the shower and toilet…could be quite easy to slip or trip going to the toilet at night. The breakfast buffet and the price were good."

"I had an amazing stay. Immaculate room with comfortable bed and wonderful ocean view. The hotel is conveniently located in the central of everything. There are abundant options of cafes, restaurants, spas, street food. I would stay there again "

"I arrived early morning (6am), unfortunately no rooms were available so I was waiting in reception area. I was asked to move out of sight which I thought was rather rude but about 10am the reception manager approached me and advised that they would be able to check me in at 10:30. Best news ever. The room was spacious, unfortunately the “double” bed was two singles pushed together and the gap was felt very much.
