"The location was great and staff kind. Great kid bed. Seemed like it's usually a solid hotel. The hotel lost electricity when we were there. Elevators stopped working with someone in them, and all guest passports had to be rechecked. They were overwhelmed with passports and had them lined up on the front desk. Did not seem secure. Also, I'd rather pay less than eat their breakfast. There is a great cafe across the street, and the hotel's offerings were mediocre."

"It's a small, but comfortable and clean hotel. The hotel is located in a narrow street near the train station, which gets noizy in the evenings, but quiets down at night when the little shops nearby close. The staff is friendly and speaks Italian and French."
