"The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. "Could not have asked for a better experience than this. We enjoyed every moment of our trip, it truly felt special and exciting. The spa was relaxing, the dinner was a fine dining experience that felt elevated and also wasn’t overly expensive. We felt like royalty staying here. The customer service was also exceptional, the front desk employees were all very welcoming and friendly. A very classy hotel in a beautiful part of Italy. We will be back. "

"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....
