"We had a lovely stay at this hotel for a 2 day short break and thoroughly recommend it. Friendly staff, a very good range of food choices at breakfast and the service was excellent. There is a frequent bus service to Brighton centre that stops right outside the hotel. "

"Had a really lovely time staying here for 1 night. Staff are very helpful and polite. Room was amazing. Yes it is an old building so there is going to be some tied look in places. The only down side is the parking if you can get in the hotel parking ( limited spaces ) its 25 pounds for the night . Apart from the parking which i went off one of the side streets and found somewhere but just to warn you its not easy. Had an evening meal at the hotel and it was very good and great value for money. I would recommend this hotel but the parking may be an issue for some people. "

"I booked a single room at the Grand for a one-night stay. The room was inland facing and did not have a view but it was very modern and smart, with a lovely marbled shower room. The room was very quiet and I slept better than I had in ages. Breakfast was excellent - a wide variety of buffet items. All the staff were extremely helpful."
