"The location is top notch, the apt is very modern and clean. Restaurants, stores, and markets are within a few blocks. Outside noise goes away when doors and windows are closed - they are soundproof! The nearest parking lot is underground and very convenient but expensive. One disadvantage- 3 flights of steep narrow stairs."

Well situated close to the main square with numerous bus stops close by and within easy walking distance of the train station. Great interaction with the local host Jenni. "Why "Quite a surprise"? Well, because it was bigger than we had imagined it. The location worked fo us (We had rented a car and you've got your own parking spot! -I am all for the "not driving around to find a spot"-) and all what is needed (Groceries, boulangerie, pharmacy) was within a ten minutes drive (Google map, I love you). The view of the balcony, is lovely and we enjoyed a few suppers there. The only thing that I would say is that there is no AC and the south of France in the summer...

"The place is small and centrally located. We had issues with checkin and communication, which was blamed on a new staff member. Automated email communication told us to arrange a meet time for check in (which we did), but nobody showed up. Owner expected us to use self check in instructions (that never were sent). Hard to get hold of someone to correct it."

"Lovely smart apartment, very well appointed, with full sized fridge, full sized freezer, washing machine, half dishwasher, hob and microwave (no oven). Only one set of bedding supplied for an 11 night stay, but not an issue with the washing machine. Air conditioning worked well, and was very useful. The large shady terrace was great, and a lovely view. Very quite area, and a fabulous location near the beach. Our French wasn't up to communicating with the owner, but managed with Google translate....

"The apartment in Juan Les Pins ( Antibes) is bright and airy with panoramic views of the city, the Mediterranean and the Alps. Great location for walking, taking the train to various surrounding locations or by bus. We enjoyed our stay and found the beaches, old town Antibes, coastal trails and promenades all very accessible and for miles of walking. We were happy to have sunny days away from the snow, cold and cloudy days. "
