"While the hotel is a little old and the wallpaper is ripped in areas, the staff are very friendly and kind and the breakfast was very delicous. The onsen bath was cold on two nights and when we shared this with staff, they reset things quickly, allowing us to return in an hour to piping hot spring baths. The hotel doesn't have all the bells and whistles newer hotels have but the nice staff at reception and at the restaurant make up for it! "
