We arrived for three nights and following a surprising stay, we decided to change plans and stay 2 more nights!!!
And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request.

"This hotel is in the middle of tourist area. There's nothing but hotels and tourist bars and shops. And of course the wonderful beach and sea. The hotel itself is okay, not great. I found the interiors to be not so cozy but more a bit clinical, but with comfy couches and chairs. The staff seemed to be young with different level of quality in English. "The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia...
"A very nice suite at a remarkably low price. The toiletries are skimpy (the shampoo and soap are good, but the toilet paper is low-quality, and the towels are fairly rough), and the hot water is not quite hot enough. Overall, however, it is a very nice place with very helpful and pleasant people at the front desk."

"First thing i have to say is, the Staff was INCREDIBLE. They were very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. As for the hotel itself? Garbage. Our first room, the AC didn't work and it was high 80°F to mid 90°F the entire trip. The bathroom had a large tub with NO kind of shower curtain so water got all over the place. The Expedia Customer Service confirmed that we had All Inclusive and partially reimbursed us, which was great. However, the staff and manageress's attitude and customer skills were outrageously bad or non-existent should I say. Instead of mitigating the issue in some manner, the manageress was quite argumentative and outright rude. My advice to all customers is, please avoid this hotel at all costs. They do not deserve your attention and money."
"I’ve been staying at the hotel few times already. Last year I noticed the hotel grounds were not very well maintained but this year the hotel was visibly getting old, poorly kept and outdated. The grounds were dirty, the swimming pools were not clean, the gym is unsafe for children and people just let them play inside unsupervised. The hotel hallways were dirty and smell bad and you could smell cigarettes everywhere. The staff is not helpful and try to do very little of their job, at the business check in time they had one staff member and the counter and long waiting line. The 2 elevators were rarely working and so small to fit more than 4 people. Huge disappointment overall "
