We listened to birds sing, watched the sun rise at a nearly by nature preserve, turned the beautiful, nearby church yard of the historic St. Columba chapel, and drove to the nearby, sandy Middletown beaches. Lovely small backyard patio space. All bedrooms are upstairs and quite small but they were adequate and we had all we needed. Appreciated the coffee in the mornings and the high chair for the baby. "We stayed for a wedding at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. The locatio. Was perfect, a 3 minute walk to Easton beach with the Cliff Walk beginning at the end of the beach. Walkable to all of downtown Newport and a very cool neighborhood with lots of dining options. House was well stocked and clean with a great backyard. We will be back!"

"My husband and I stayed here while visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. It was the perfect little cottage style house on the water. Beautiful views, great location for us, cute cafe nearby, stocked with fun board games, great back yard for our doggo, and a fire pit. Luke and Cori were excellent hosts! They were communicative and offered plenty of suggestions for the area! We had a wonderful stay and would stay again in the future! "
