"I cannot say a big enough thank you to Javier at Aparthotel Kora Green. Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one). Unfortunately, getting into that car park was far from easy, yet Javier took the time and was so kind; we would really have been stuck without him. Thank you so much Javier!"
"it was very tranquil area, also quiet room. The bathroom had some dangerous steps around, as well as the access from the corridor to the room itself. And the bathroom door being of glass was making the use of it a bit uncomfortable as for privacy is concern

"It was a bit hard to find. We used the directions included by the hotel, but their signage is so small that we drove around the block 3 times, then only found a small sign and revolving door, but still unsure where to park, unload etc.
Eventually we figured it out, and the place is winderful. The staff very freindly and helpful.
Now that we know where to park etc, it is excellent !"
"Well located hotel in the heart of Vitoria-Gasteiz's Old Town, minutes walk from the train station. Ane on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The Art Deco staircase was a real highlight and memorable feature."
"Really convenient for bus and tram, but Vitoria is also very walkable
Supermarket next door, delis, cafes and wine bars, nearby
Staff lovely
We were very comfortable here

"Automated check in was terrible - the system was very confusing and required many manual entries outdoors in the rain. The room was clean and very comfortable."
"Excellent choice, beautiful 16 th century palace. Very well preserved to detail. Excellent staff, friendly and easy going.
Close to the city which is full of restaurants, bars and fun people.
Easy driving from there to vineyards

"Mostly a great place for an overnight stay. The only criticism is the efficiency of service in the restaurant needs to be vastly improved overall. After being given the bread shortly after being seated, which was lovely, we waited over an hour to be be served what we ordered and the whole of the evening meal took at least another hour. We did get a nice glass of gazpacho about ten minutes before the starter as an amuse bouche which helped. Breakfast service was basic and lacking in service. We...
"Me gustaría que pusieran un poco mas de iluminación, cuando llegas tarde en ella noche la puerta esta cerrada con un tornillo y hay mucha oscuridad, solo se enciende la luz de la entrada del Hostel cuando estas cerca. "
"Rooms were spacious, nice and clean. The hostess was really nice and she used to make for us one of the best home brewed coffee I ever had.
If I will ever go back to visit the area,I will not look for any other options."

"Automated check in was terrible - the system was very confusing and required many manual entries outdoors in the rain. The room was clean and very comfortable."
"The location is very convenient, and we appreciate having covered parking available, with lift directly to room floors. We also appreciate the pet-friendliness. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a convenient mini-kitchen. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh choices. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant for dinner, but the nearby shopping mall had several choices for dining, even on a Sunday night. We would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here when we had a rental car and wanted to explore the Basque area of Spain. We did day trips to Bilbao, San Sebastián and Pamplona. The Parador is in a beautiful setting and the room was very comfortable. We did all our eating and shopping during our day trips so the Parador was a quiet, country setting to relax. We did eat breakfast at the Parador but no other meals. Breakfast was good - very typical Spanish style hotel breakfast. "
