"Everything was great. The pool area needs some fixing but not extremely. Staff were amazing, Juan and Fabian and all the guys by the bar are amazing. Will come back and always love staying at this hotel. Only thing is I met the cutest girl during my stay and I couldn’t bring her up to my room, wish they would change their guest rules but it wasn’t a dealbreaker "

"The hotel is old and should be retired. It really needs major renovation. Also, the neighbourhood does not look very clean. However, 15 minutes from the hotel, I found the best fish I have ever had at a local restaurant."

"The hotel is clean, safe and located near the beach. It’s about a 5 minute taxi ride from the airport and downtown. The staff is absolutely amazing, kind, and professional. Did not have any problems with check in or out process. The lobby has an option to buy tour tickets at any time. And the guest services were amazing! Cannot complain at all! "

"The property was lovely the staff were welcoming and friendly. Gina apart of the dining staff was great! She recommended my Favorite item "the chewy cookie!" The concierge was also helpful in setting up an excellent day trip to an island! All in all the staff the location everything was great! "

"Clean hotel, immaculate grounds, attentive staff, excellent location. Only issue was with their check-in. Be aware they adhere to the 3pm check-in even if you get there at 10am, 11am 12 pm, etc. That's the only reason I did not give 5 stars. Drinks and food were great. Awesome rooftop pool area with nice view."

"The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room is really nice and modern.The breakfast buffet was well done. They could use a tour desk. A pool would have been nice but for the money the hotel is worth it. All in all I will return next time I'm in Cartagena "
