"We came to attend the Quilt Festival at the Convention Center and found this to be a reasonable distance to Uber/Lyft back and forth each day. It was clean, comfortable and had many amenities making it a nice place to go back to at the end of each day. We went shopping and cooked most meals in the well supplied kitchen. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be back again next year. "

"We worked a trade show at the convention center. It was very easy traveling back and forth. Neighbors were nice. Quiet area. We would have preferred a colder temperature in the house closer to 70. Could have been more thoroughly cleaned but we would stay here again. Very convenient for location. "

"Fantasic find right in the heart of Montrose. Plenty of walkable cafes and bars. The parking is great. Property was spacious, allowing everyone to have their own space. Only issue was the light in the front room was out and the blinds near the bed in both rooms appeared to be broken for privacy. I definitely recommend. "

"Stella was phenomenal. She stayed in contact with me the whole time to ensure our stay was nothing but great! The house must of been recently updated, everything was so clean, modern, decorated beautifully, the towels smelled so clean when I unrolled one to use and they were Tommy Hilfiger NICE towels! The back yard had two cute swings that I stayed on each. Night watching airplanes Would give ten stars if it was an option!!!"

"The house itself is immaculate and attractive. We had everything we needed. We appreciated the gates and extra security since the neighborhood is somewhat transitional. Minor quibble: some of the instructions for the house need to be updated (no Amazon fire stick for TV, etc.). Communication with manager was great. Very responsive."
