"Hotel and staff were excellent. My room was quiet despite proximity to busy streets. The attention to details (every encounter with staff, beauty of the inside, room goodies like soap, upkeep of common areas) was noted and appreciated. Will stay again."

"Everything was good. It’s a little tricky riding a separate elevator to the lobby, then to the room, then to go into the mall below but we got the hang of it. All staff were super friendly and anxious to please us. Buffet was delicious, workout room was good, rooms and bathrooms were great. Glad they had separate bin for recycling plastic. "
