"Online booking was easy. Property exactly as described and shown in pictures. I was a little bit worried about the after hour check in process as our key and contract were not in the safe. The host number never was answered. So we finally located a maintenance man and he got us taken care of. My only 2 complaints are 1- toilet is super low and you have to jiggle the handle and 2- the hot water heater was weak for showers.
