"Nice accommodations but communication with the staff is non-existent. Expedia couldn’t get a hold of anyone to ask about late checkout or getting more laundry detergent. For the price, it was worth it though. "

"Quiet and soothing location on the foothills of ski slopes . Kitchen is very thoughtfully stocked with pots and pans , cups and even salt and pepper and soya sauce . Even toaster, kettle, coffee machine , rice cooker , fridge, microwave are all provided in the room . Views are breathtaking. There is a washing machine and even soap is provided. Size of rooms and bathrooms are really big in comparison to general Japanese hotels .Many supermarkets are a within a 2 min driving distance .No...

"The property is just like the photos, excellent presentation. The upstairs Futon area has a really low ceiling maybe 4 foot high an adult won’t be able to stand up. The kitchen is geared to Japanese, only 2 dinner plates and no knives. Plenty of bowls, cups, glasses etc. "
