Miyajima is quiet during off season so beware of the fact that it gets dark early and many close by restaurants were closed (early?). "The appartment was great value, at times I found myself thinking "I wish this was my place". I regret not being able to stay there longer. The only two faults I had with the property were that: 1. -The lounge chair was low and it was hard to get up off/out of. I kept the fold up stool next to it as a work-around.
