"Nice mountain resort hotel with a view of the lake. Check in was easy and room was large. We had half board - food was good but probably due to communication problem, we were not served Japanese-style dinner like the local tourists. However breakfast was Japanese. There was a nice onsen too. There was a slight problem in the morning when water was cut off, but it was restored just before check out.
