"We had a pleasant stay at this property and found it to be quite enjoyable. The rooms were of a reasonable size and very comfortable. However, one minor inconvenience was the absence of an in-room safe to secure our belongings (such as money and passports). Interestingly, I experienced the same issue at another hotel outside of Tokyo, so it seems this may be a common practice in Japan."
